## Assign ChatsThe Assign Chats feature helps teams distribute conversations among agents for better ownership and faster customer response. Agents can manually assign chats to themselves or other team members based on workload, expertise, or availability.---## How to Assign a Chat### Step 1:Go to Inbox from the left navigation bar.### Step 2:Open the conversation you want to assign.### Step 3:Click the Assignee option available in the conversation details section.A list of available agents will appear.### Step 4:Select the agent you want to assign the conversation to.The conversation will now be assigned to the selected agent.
