## Conversation Actions---## Pin ConversationsThe Pin Conversation feature helps agents keep important chats easily accessible at the top of the conversation list. Pinned conversations remain highlighted for quick access and better visibility.---## Resolve ConversationsThe Resolve Conversation option helps agents mark conversations as completed once the customer query has been addressed. Resolved chats help keep the Inbox clean and organized.---## Delete ConversationsThe Delete Conversation option allows agents to permanently remove a conversation from the Inbox.To enable the above 3 options, click on the three dots option available in front of the customer name. All three options- Delete Conversation, Pin Conversation, Mark as resolved option are visible. Click on the one you want to enable.
